Getting a loan without having to show proof of income is possible. An undocumented home loan, also known as a home loan without income verification, does not require you to provide proof of income to the mortgage lender. This type of loan is more like a reduced documentation loan than a loan with no income. Personal loans do not require income verification and are available.
However, it is important to consider the changes carefully before refinancing loans held by the federal government, as doing so will no longer qualify for federal loan default, interest waiver, or any other current or future benefits applicable to federal loans.
